Where to find the AI assistant
Observations: While creating or editing an observation, the assistant will suggest helpful sentence completions and prompts.
News/Activities in the Diary: When writing an activity post in the diary, look for the AI icon to see suggested content.
How to use the AI assistant
✨Improve Writing
Click the Improve Writing button to enhance your existing text. For example, it can turn a rough bullet-point list into a well-structured observation (see example in the image above).
More Options - 3 dots menu
Next to the Improve Writing button, click the 3 dots to reveal additional options:
Tone: Choose between friendly or professional.
Refine Text: Options include shorten, make more descriptive, or proofread.
Finalising your text
After AI generates new text, you'll see the following options:
Cancel - discard the changes
Retry - generate a new version
Apply Changes - accept and insert the updated text
⚠️ Changes will only be saved if you click Apply Changes.
📌Note: Suggestions may sometimes be inaccurate; please review them carefully before saving.
