How to update an enquiry status?

To update an enquiry status is quick and easy.

  • More > Enquiries > Click into the specific enquiry > Click the current status on the left > A drop down menu will appear where you can select the updated status > Once selected the enquiry will be updated.

Inputting & logging additional notes such as emails & calls.

When managing your enquiries you are able to add personalised notes, log emails and calls. This will enable nurseries to keep a good record of information.

How do I log additional notes, emails & calls?

Adding a note

  • More > Enquiries > Click into the specific enquiry > Click add note > Input the date & time > Type the notes > Click save notes.

Adding an email

  • More > Enquiries > Click into the specific enquiry > Click log email > Input the date & time > Type the email or copy and paste your email > Click log email.

Adding a call

  • More > Enquiries > Click into the specific enquiry > Click log phone call > Input the date & time > Type the notes from the phone call > Click log phone call.

Next, once you have booked the viewing with the parent you are able to input this onto the system.

  • More > Enquiries > Click into the specific enquiry > Click viewing > Input the viewing date & time > Input the specific staff member that will lead the viewing > Update the status to 'booked'.
