Blossom is designed to work with both Google Chrome & Safari. For the best user experience, we recommend that you use the most up-to-date version.
Google Chrome minimum version required: Version 109.
Apple Safari minimum version required: iOS 15.
How to make Google Chrome your default browser:
Windows Device
Press the Windows Key > Click Settings > Type or select Apps > Click Default apps > Type Google Chrome > Click into Google Chrome > Click Set Default.
Apple Device
Select the Apple logo > System preferences > General > Click default web browser > Select Google Chrome.
Recommended devices
Blossom is a web-based app, compatible with any device that supports the latest versions of Safari or Chrome.
We recommend devices that are generally updated & supported such as:
Apple
Samsung
Lenovo
We do not recommend Amazon Fire tablets, Huawei & other devices that do not support Chrome or Safari.
Concerned about the cost of new devices?
Purchasing the most up-to-date devices can be a costly investment. As an alternative, you can:
Buy second-hand or refurbished devices at a reduced price
Lease devices from an authorised reseller
Internet Connection and Speed
As Blossom is a web-based app, it requires a stable internet connection. We recommend that your internet connection is at minimum: 10Mbps download and 2Mbps upload. You can check your internet speeds using the link below:
