Recommended devices

To maximise your experience using Blossom you will need to make sure your browser, device, and operating systems are up to date.

Browser Recommendations

Blossom is designed to work with both Google Chrome & Safari. For the best user experience, we recommend that you use the most up-to-date version.

  • Google Chrome minimum version required: Version 109.

  • Apple Safari minimum version required: iOS 15.

How to make Google Chrome your default browser on both a Windows & Apple device:

Windows Device

  • Press the Windows Key > Click Settings > Type or select Apps > Click Default apps > Type Google Chrome > Click into Google Chrome > Click Set Default.

Apple Device

  • Select the Apple logo > System preferences > General > Click default web browser > Select Google Chrome.

Recommended devices

Blossom is a web-based app & is therefore built to work seamlessly on your internet browser. It is compatible with any device that supports the latest versions of Safari or Chrome.

We recommend devices that are generally updated & supported such as:

- Apple

- Samsung

- Lenovo

We advise against using devices such as Amazon Fire tablets & other devices that do not support Chrome or Safari.

Concerned about the cost of new devices?

Purchasing the most up-to-date devices can be a costly investment. There are other avenues below that you may wish to take when purchasing tablets.

  • Buying second-hand or refurbished devices at a reduced price.

  • Leasing devices from an authorised reseller.

Internet Connection and Speed

As Blossom is a web-based app, it requires a stable internet connection. We recommend that your internet connection is 10Mb download and 2Mb upload. You can check your internet speeds using the link below:
