๐๏ธ Getting Started: Logging In
If your nursery has a BE Inspired subscription, go to:
online.blossombeinspired.co.uk
Adding a user
Adding a user is quick and easy! Go to:
BE Inspired organisation level > Select organisation users (left menu) > Click the "+" (Bottom Right) > Select Add New User > Select Role: User or Reader* > Tick active > Select Save and Connect or Only Save.
Roles
User: Can view and edit activities.
Reader: Can view only and cannot edit activities.
Save and Connect or Only Save
Save Only: links the user to the organisation with administrator rights.
Save and Connect: links the user to one or more locations.
What happen's next?
Once you have added a user, they will receive a verification email.
Remember! you'll need to then send them a password reset email.
To do this:
BE Inspired organisational level > Select organisation users > Click the three dots under actions > Click Send Password reset email.
The user will then receive an email to set their password and then they can log into BE Inpsired! ๐
Forgotten Password
Forgetting your password may happen from time to time. You're able to reset your password by:
Accessing the log in page > Click Donโt remember your password? > Type your email > Click send email.
You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder.
Log in details
If you are unsure of your log in details, ask your nursery's BE Inspired lead. They will be able to confirm your log in email. If you don't know who the administrator is, contact support@blossomeducational.com for help.
Removing Users
To remove a user's access go to:
Organisation users (side menu) / Site users > Search for the user & click their name > Untick active in the new window > Click Save.
To remove a user from a location go to:
Organisation users (side menu) / site users > Search for the user and click their email address > You will see the linked location(s) > Click the bin icon to remove the user from the location.
