How do I share invoices with parents?
To share an invoice onto the Parent App, select the primary billing contact in the child's profile.
How can I ensure both parents can view the invoice?
Children > Select child > Finance > Edit pencil on Contact and Bank Details > Additional recipients > Select contact > Save. This invoice can now be viewed by both parents.
How do I share receipts with parents?
Finance > + Payment > Input all information > Tick send receipt > Submit.
Can parents see their balance on the Parent App?
Yes, the parent will be able to view their balance on the Parent App. However, if a parent has paid the balance it will only update once it has been registered by the nursery.
