Extra items are to be set up at nursery level and then to be allocated to the child. An extra item is an additional cost that the child needs to pay. For example, they may take part in a spanish class which is an additional cost to the nursery day.
How do I add an extra item to my nursery?
More > Settings > Finance > Extra item > Create > Input extra item name > Input extra item cost > Select your default calculation > Save.
Fee calculation for extra items:
Within your invoice settings it explains how the average and actual option works. For example, you have the choice out of actual sessions whereby the platform will charge for the actual extras added in the month or Average over ‘x’ weeks whereby the platform will charge by the average cost calculated on the amount of weeks in the year.
How do I edit an extra item?
More > Settings > Finance > Extra item > Edit pencil > Amend > Save.
How do I archive an extra item?
More > Settings > Finance > Extra items > Edit pencil > Archive.
How do I unarchive an extra item?
More > Settings > Finance > Extra items > Select 'archived' in the drop down > Edit pencil > Unarchive.
How many extra items can I add?
You are able to add multiple extra items. There is no limit.
