The observation tracker will show you how many approved observations have been created for each child in each area of learning of your chosen curriculum.

  • Learning > Observation Tracker

Only approved observations linked to an area of learning within your framework appear on the observation tracker.

The key person filter automatically shows the staff member who is logged in, with their key children listed. Click the X in the key person filter to see all children below.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: If you make an observation for a child and link it to various areas of learning, this counts as one total observation, but shows as 1 link within each area of learning. See Alfred Smith below.

You can filter by framework, room, Key Person & date range. This report is typically used to identify training needs for practitioners, developmental areas for children, and possible environmental improvements.
