Finance 3 Sessions
There are two types of sessions on Blossom.
Fixed Session Time: This is a session with a set time & cost.
Flexible Hourly Session: This is a session without a set time & has an hourly rate.
How to set up a fixed session
More > Settings > Basic set up > Sessions > Create > Fixed Session Time > Input start & finish time > Add any consumables attached > Input fees > Save.
How to set up an Hourly Session
More > Settings > Basic set up > Sessions > Create > Flexible Hourly Session > Add any consumables attached > Input fees > Save.
When creating an hourly session, you are now able to select whether you would like to charge the consumable per hour or per session.
Top tip: If you are planning on a fee change you can now plan ahead by clicking + fees. This will allow you to input a start date for the new fees & auto-populate an end date for the current fees.
