How do I access my Accounts on Blossom?

Parent App > 3 Lines to open your Parent World > Account.

How do I download invoices?

Parent App > 3 Lines to open your Parent World > Account > Invoices > See all > Select Invoice > Click download to the right.

How do I download receipts?

Parent App > 3 Lines to open your Parent World > Account > Invoices > See all > Select receipts > Click download to the right.

I have two children and I want to view just one child's invoices?

Parent App > 3 Lines to open your Parent World > Account > Invoices > See all > Click filter > Select child > Select status > Apply.

I have made a payment but there is still an outstanding balance on my account?

The account balance will not update until the nursery has registered your payments onto Blossom.

I can’t see any finances on my Parent App. Why may this be?

Always check with your nursery directly to see what information you should be seeing on your Parent App. Some nurseries may not have sent their invoices out just yet or you may not be recorded as the primary bill payer.
