If you're a parent using Blossom's parent app, and you've forgotten your password, resetting your password is quick and simple.

Resetting your password is quick and simple. Please follow the steps below.

  • Open the Parent App, input your email address & click Next.

  • Click sign in with a password (password set up required).

  • Under the next button, click forgot your password.

  • Then click send password reset email & an email will be sent to your email address.

  • Access your email. Please check your inbox, junk & spam mail.

  • Open email & click reset password.

  • Enter new password & input it again. Then click set new password.

  • You will now be able to successfully log in to your Parent App.
