Downloading & Logging into the Blossom Parent App

How do I get the new Parent App?

If you have not used the Parent App before, you will need to download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  • App Store / Google Play Store > Search Blossom Parent App > Download > Open.


How do I update the Parent App?

  • App Store / Google Play Store > Search Blossom > Update > Go to the Parent App on your home screen > Add your email address > Password / Magic Link.

Authorise within your email & Blossom will redirect to your Parent App.


What is the difference between a Password and Magic Link?

This is purely a user preference.

  • Password

    • You are choosing a selection of numbers and letters to be your passcode into the App. This can be used repeatedly.

  • Magic Link

    • You are choosing a one time link to sign into the app with.


Help! I'm not receiving a Magic Link in my email.

This could be because previous Blossom emails have bounced or been marked as spam by your email provider.
