How do I resend the Parent App email?

Child > Contact > Edit pencil > Untick parental access > Confirm > Edit pencil > Re tick parental access > Confirm. This will send an email to the parent inviting them to the Parent App.

What shall I do if they still do not receive the email?

Please ensure the email address is correct by double checking with the contact.

Once you have confirmed the correct email address is being used, please contact our Service Excellence Team via our in app help and we will be able to resolve your query.

My parents are not receiving the diary?

First, double check the diary has been sent! To do so click Blossomboard > Send Diary > Select date > Tick the box > Send.
