How do I resend the Parent App email?
Child > Contact > Scroll down to permissions > Click resend invitation > This will resend an email to the parent inviting them to the Parent App.
What shall I do if they still do not receive the email?
Please ensure the email address is correct by double-checking with the contact.
Once you have confirmed the correct email address is being used, please contact our Customer Service Team via our in-app help and we will be able to resolve your query.
My parents are not receiving the diary?
First, double-check the diary has been sent! To do so click Blossomboard > Send Diary > Select date > Tick the box > Send.
