How do I resend the Parent App email invitation?
Child > Contact > Click Edit Pencil > Check email address is correct > Permissions: Resend Invitation > This will resend an email to the parent inviting them to the Parent App.
What should I do if they still do not receive the email?
Please ensure the email address is correct by double-checking with the contact.
Blossom emails may have previously bounced or been marked as spam by the contact, which Blossom support will be able to resolve for you.
Contact our Customer Service Team via our in-app help and we will be able to resolve your query.
My parents are not receiving the diary?
First, double-check the diary has been sent!
Blossomboard > Send Diary > Select date > Tick the box > Send.
