Once you have had your demonstration and connected your Stripe account you may wish to inform your parents that they will soon be able to pay through the app! Below, is a tried and tested email that you can send to your nursery parents!

The initial email prior to the launch

Dear Parents,

We are delighted to inform you that we have a new feature that is being launched over the next few weeks on Blossom which means you will be able to pay your fees through the Blossom App! The team at Blossom Educational are constantly working hard to develop the app, making tasks much simpler. The payment feature is going to really benefit our families, making it more convenient using the app solely to manage your nursery account. You will have clear sight of all payments made to us, making it much easier to track your payments.

There will be a few different ways to make payment through the app. These are as follows:

  • Direct Debit

  • Debit/Credit card

  • Apple/Google pay

The feature will soon be visible on the app but we request that you don’t use this until we give the go ahead. We are preparing in the background and will then launch. During this time, we will be in close contact with you making sure we are on hand to answer any of your queries and we ask that you report any issues you have, straight to us.

Once we have launched the feature fully, paying through the app will be the only payment method option.
