Introducing RES to Parents

Good Afternoon,
We’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature in the Blossom Parent App — the ability to request extra sessions with ease!
This feature is designed to help you manage those busy days when you need to book your child into nursery outside of their regular schedule. Now, booking an extra session is quick and simple, right from your app!
Getting Started
To start using this feature, please ensure your app is updated to version 2.16.1 for both Apple and Android devices.
Once updated:
Open the Blossom Parent App.
Go to Child Schedule.
You'll see options for Regular Booking and Extra Sessions.
Tap the ‘+’ symbol in the top right corner.
Pull down the grey bar below the current week to view future available dates.
Select the date and session, click View Requests, then Send Requests to complete your request.
What Happens Next?
Once your request is submitted, our management team will review it. You'll receive a notification in the Parent App once your request has been approved or declined.
