Once a parent has submitted an extra session request the nursery will need to approve or decline the request.

How do I approve an extra session request?

  • Parent Inbox > Sessions requested > All extra session will appear > Click into the specific extra session > Click approve > Input a reason (optional) > Click approve.

How do I decline an extra session request?

  • Parent Inbox > Sessions requested > All extra session will appear > Click into the specific extra session > Click decline > Input a reason (optional) > Click decline.

Once the nursery has approved or declined the request, will the parent be alerted?

  • Absolutely, the parent will receive a notification to say whether the extra session has been approved or declined.

  • The specific extra session will then show the status.
