Children Leaving Report
The children leaving report will share an overview of all the children due to leave within the date range you’ve selected.
You’ll have the option to filter this down by age and date. You’ll then see the following headers.
Total Leavers: This figure is based on the child's leave date within their profile as opposed to their booking pattern leave date.
Total FTE (Full-time Equivalent): This is based upon the total opening hours of the individual settings versus the total hours of session time used.
Total Weekly Fee: This is based on an actual calculation in relation to the last week of their latest booking pattern.
Underneath this, you will have each nursery setting listed out with the individual totals. You can click on the name of the nursery and this will take you through to the children leaving report at the individual nursery level.
