How to view likes and comments on the nursery app
On Blossom, as an assigned staff member you can like and comment on the daily diary, observations, group observations & home observations.
Viewing likes and comments
Firstly, if the staff member is assigned to the room within the settings they will receive a notification when a comment has been left by the parent.
How do I view likes and comments on the diary?
Children > Select child > More > Diary > Click Likes to view likes > Select “Comments” to view comments or like comments
How do I view the likes and comments on the observations?
Children > Select child > Learning journey > Click Likes to view likes > Select “Comments” to view comments or like comments
Alternatively, you can view likes and comments for all children by clicking on the “Learning tab” on the Blossomboard.
Learning > View all children or search a child at the top > Click Likes to view likes > Select “Comments” to view comments or like comments
How do I view the likes and comments on a group observation?
If it is a group observation, the staff member can view comments and comment on each child separately. Please note, the comments shown are child specific.
Top tip: The staff member can like the whole observation for all children by tapping the heart icon.
How do I view the likes and comments on a child’s home observations?
Blossomboard > Parent inbox > Select observation from home > Click Likes to view likes > Select “Comments” to view comments or like a comment
