Parent App: How to leave likes and comments
Once the nursery has activated the likes and comments feature, parents will be able to interact with the nursery by leaving likes and comments on the daily diary entries, observations, and observations from home!
Remember! To use the Likes and Comments feature the Parent App will need to be updated to version 2.14.1 on both Apple and Android.
How to like or comment on a daily diary entry
Parent App > Diary > Tap the heart to like > Tap the comment box to type a message > When complete click the arrow to send
How to like or comment on an observation?
Parent App > Journey > Golden Moments > Tap the heart to like a specific observation > Tap the comment box & type a message > Click the arrow to send
How to like or comment on a home observation?
Parent App > Journey > Home observations > Tap the heart to like a specific observation > Tap the comment box & type a message > Click the arrow to send
The parent will receive a notification to alert them that a comment has been made.
