Parents Receiving instant messages

How do parents know when they have received a message from us?

  • Parents will receive a notification on their phones informing them that they have received a message from the nursery. Additionally, they will see the number of unread messages on the messaging icon inside the app.

Who can read the messages sent from the nursery?

  • Messages sent from the nursery will be accessible via the Parent App by all the contacts who have been assigned Parental Responsibility for the specific individual child.

If parents have more than one child at the setting how do they view their messages?

  • Each child will be displayed as a separate conversation on the Parent App.
