What is BE Paid?
BE Paid allows parents to pay their nursery fees directly through the Blossom Parent App. Parents now have the option to pay via direct debit, card payment, recurring card payments, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
How to set up BE Paid on the Parent App
You are able to select your payment methods prior to making a payment in the wallet within the settings. Below, are the steps on how to set up each payment method.
How to add your card details for one-off payments
Parent App > Click the three bar menu > Settings > Wallet > Select payment methods > Click add card > Input your long card number, expiry date, and CVC number > Save.
You are able to add multiple cards. Then each time you make a one-off payment you would select the specific card. By adding your card details also allows you to select Apple Pay or Google Pay depending on your device.
Recurring payments
Recurring payments can be either a recurring card payment or a direct debit. Recurring payments will automatically debit the outstanding amount on your child's account each month.
How to set up a recurring card payment
Parent App > Click the three bar menu > Settings > Wallet > Recurring payments > Select child & click set up > Click add card > Input your long card number, expiry date, and CVC number > Save.
How to set up a BACS Direct Debit
Parent App > Click the three bar menu > Settings > Wallet > Recurring payments > Select child & click set up > Select BACS Direct Debit > Click set up recurring payment & you will be directed to the setup BACS Direct Debit form > Input all details > Tick the terms > Click set up Direct Debit. > Click set up Direct Debit.
Please note: Two days prior to each Direct Debit run, you will be emailed to be notified of the upcoming payment. Direct debits are managed in the Wallet area of the Parent App.
