Understanding the Colours
Green text: Amounts that have been invoiced
Black text: Amounts that have not been invoiced
Typically, once invoices are generated, the black values should disappear.
However, if an amount remains outstanding, it will still display in black.
Example: If the forecasted amount for that month is £100.00 and you've invoiced £95.00, the remaining £5.00 will still be shown in black.
Forecasting Report FAQs
What is the most effective way to use financial forecasting?
Due to the nature of this report predicting future fees, you should always add in sessions for new starters, along with any additional costs they may have on their account. This will allow you to view more accurate figures for future months.
🌟We recommend using the black forecasted figures for future months' forecasting. We recommend using the green invoiced figures for past month financial data.
I have made an update in the child’s profile but my forecast has not updated straight away?
This will update - please do give the system a couple of minutes to allow for this.
