Exporting Formative Reports
On Blossom, you can export your children's formative reports. This can be completed through the child profile or at the nursery level.
Exporting a formative report from the child's profile
Children > Select a child > Learning Journey > Formative reports > Click the three dots next > Select all or individual formative reports to download > Select a manager or administrator to send the PDFs to > Click export.
An email will now be sent to the selected staff member's email address ready to download.
Exporting formative reports at the nursery level
Learning > Formative report > Click the three dots > Click export > Select all or individual formative reports to download > Select a manager or administrator to send the PDFs to > Click Export.
Remember, if the file does not deliver as expected please export the formative reports by term as the file may be too large to deliver to the attended email address.
