Likes and comments: How to leave a new comment on the nursery app
On Blossom, it is quick and easy to leave a new comment on observations, group observations, observations from home as well as the diary!
Remember, once a parent has commented on a post, the staff members assigned to that room will receive a notification. The staff can view the new comment notification by clicking on the notifications icon in the top right corner of the Blossomboard.
How to leave a new comment on the diary?
Children > Select child > More > Diary > View any likes by clicking on the heart icon > Select “comments” to view comments > “Write new comment” > Post
How to leave a new comment on an observation?
Children > Select child > Learning journey > Click into the specific observation > Select comment > Write a new comment > Post
Alternatively, for an individual or group observation, you can also access the "Learning tab" to make any new comments.
Learning > View all children or search for a child at the top > Click into the specific observation > Select comments > Write a new comment > Post
How to leave a new comment on a group observation?
Learning > Observations > Click into the specific observation > Click onto the specific child within the observation > Scroll down to comments > Write a new comment > Post
