You can limit a practitioner’s view on Blossom to only include the children in their assigned rooms. This will ensure they cannot see or edit additional children’s information.
Limit your practitioners' access:
More > Security > Practitioner child access > select ‘View children only for their own rooms’ > click Edit next to each room to assign the relevant practitioners.
If you cannot see the option to select ‘Practitioner child access’ in your security settings, please let a member of the Blossom support team know so we can enable this feature for you.
