Staff Members

Blossom allows you to add unlimited staff with various access levels.

  • More > Staff > + Add Staff Members.

You can enter a staff member's personal details such as:

  • First, middle and last names

  • Contact details

  • Qualifications

  • DBS checks

You can add a profile photo and write a bio which will be visible on the Parent App for their key children.


Staff List

There are 3 statuses for team members, which you can view in the dropdown menu on your Staff List:

  • Active: a user that has set their password and has access to Blossom.

  • Pending: a user that has not yet set their password.

    • To resend an invite to a Pending user, click More > Staff > Select Staff Member > Edit Pencil > Resend Invitation. Please ask the staff member to set their password as quickly as possible as this invitation will expire in a short time frame for security reasons.

  • Deactivated: a user that no longer has access to Blossom.


Export staff list

You can export your staffing data at the click of a button. This data is exported to nominated users based on their access levels:

  • Staff list > 3 dots > Export > Select manager/administrator to send the PDFs to > Export.


Staff List FAQs

I am missing staff members on my staffing page.

  • There is a filter on the top of your Staff List which will show active, pending or archived staff. Ensure you have selected the right filter.

A staff member's password link has expired, how do I resend it?

  • More > Staff > Select Staff Member > Edit Pencil > Resend Invitation

  • Please ask the staff member to set their password as quickly as possible as this invitation will expire in a short time frame for security reasons.

How do I delete a staff member?

  • More > Staff > Select Staff Member > Edit > Deactivate User.

I am unable to log into Blossom because my credentials are incorrect.

I can't add a staff member because it says the username already exists.

Usernames are held across the Blossom network. Therefore your username must be unique. To make yours is unique, add a few digits or letters.
