Who can see my communications sent from the Parent App?
Who can see my messages on the nursery side?
All members of staff are able to see the instant messages that are sent in by the parent. However, only staff members assigned by the nursery to the room and members of staff who have joined the channel independently will receive notifications.
Do all of the contacts linked to my child have access to send instant messages?
Only contacts linked to the individual child with Parent Responsibility are able to send an instant message to the nursery.
Can all contacts linked to my child with Parental Responsibility see each other's communications?
Yes, any communication sent by a contact with Parental Responsibility can be seen by another contact with Parental Responsibility that is directly linked to the child.
The messages sent by the nursery will also be seen by all contacts for the child that have Parental Responsibility.
