To help personalise the enquiry process to your nursery, Blossom has implemented a number of different settings to allow custom fields.

Enquiry Settings

To help personalise the enquiry process to your nursery, Blossom has implemented a number of different settings to allow custom fields.

To find these settings, go to More > Settings > Enquiries Settings. On the screen you will see a list of different areas of the enquiry process that you are able to edit.

Enquiry Pipeline

When you click into the enquiry pipeline settings, you are able to see the process that each enquiry goes through. Some stages such as ‘New Enquiry’ and ‘Enrolled’ cannot be changed, as they are required for the system to function. However, you can add and move around the other different stages to suit your nursery’s process.

Enquiry Source

The enquiry source section provides a list of different ways a parent has found out about your nursery. This could be anything from word of mouth to a newspaper advert. This list can be customised to help keep track of how people find your business.

Lost Reason

The lost reason section provides a list of different reasons why an enquiry could be lost. This could be anything from having no available space to being too expensive for the parent. This list can be customised to help keep track of why people may not be enrolling.

Enquiry Reason

The enquiry source section provides a list of different reasons why someone may be enquiring. This could be due to the parent recently moving to the area, returning to work or because the child has a sibling in the nursery already. This list can be customised to help keep track of why people need to use your nursery services.
