How It Works:
Start by selecting a date range.
The graph displays total enquiries, broken down by status.
Helps track performance over time and identify trends.
Enquiry Performance Statuses:
Won β The child is enrolled.
Lost β The enquiry status is marked as Lost.
Open β Any other custom or built-in status.

Enquiry Conversion Rate
This report divides enquiries by their current stage.
How It Works:
Filter by the date of the enquiry at the top of the report.
View a breakdown of open, won, and lost enquiries originating from the selected date range.
