These reports are useful for monitoring progress, identifying patterns, and improving conversion rates.

Enquiry Performance Report

This report provides a weekly or monthly breakdown of enquiries.

How It Works:

  • Start by selecting a date range.

  • The graph displays total enquiries, broken down by status.

  • Helps track performance over time and identify trends.

Enquiry Performance Statuses:

  • Won – The child is enrolled.

  • Lost – The enquiry status is marked as Lost.

  • Open – Any other custom or built-in status.

πŸ“ On the group dashboard, this report looks similar but allows filtering by all sites or a specific site.

Enquiry Conversion Rate

This report divides enquiries by their current stage.

How It Works:

  • Filter by the date of the enquiry at the top of the report.

  • View a breakdown of open, won, and lost enquiries originating from the selected date range.

Enquiry Conversion Rate Statuses:

  • Won – The child is enrolled.

  • Lost – The enquiry status is marked as Lost.

  • Open – Any other custom or built-in status.

πŸ“ On the group platform, this report looks similar but summarises data across all sites. To view nursery-level data, click on the site name.

Staff Viewing Performance

This report helps you monitor the performance of staff members conducting viewings.

How It Works:

  • Displays successful and lost viewings as both a number and percentage.

  • Staff members are listed by most viewings attended by default.

πŸ“ On the group platform, this report includes an extra column for the site name and a filter to view data by specific sites or all sites.

Staff Viewing Performance FAQ:

One staff member has conducted multiple viewings for a single enquiry. How does this affect the data?
βœ… Blossom counts both viewings and marks them as leading to enrolment, even if they are for the same contact.
