Our popular enquiries feature allows nurseries to manage new parent enquiries, directly from the Blossom platform. No more missed enquiries!

The Enquiries feature helps nurseries manage new parent enquiries directly from the Blossom platform. This ensures no enquiries are missed, unanswered, or lost.

What You Can Do with Enquiries

With this feature, you can:

  • Manage all incoming enquiries in one place.

  • Keep a clear record of actions taken, outcomes, and potential revenue.

You can log new enquiries two ways:

  1. Directly on the nursery platform.

  2. Through your nursery website by adding the enquiries link online.

Enquiries Link for Your Website

If you would like parents to fill out an enquiry form that adds the information straight to your enquiries list, please share the link below with interested parents or place it on your website.

To find your unique enquiries form link:

  • Settings > Enquiries > Enquiries Form > Copy Link
    ​

This can be shared directly with parents or embedded onto your website. You can preview the form before it is added by selecting the Preview Form button.

What Should I Do Next?

Once your enquiries link is live, online enquiries will be sent directly to the Enquiries list on your Blossom platform.

To access them, go to:

  • More > Enquiries

Adding a New Enquiry Manually

Enquiries can be added manually, if parents are not enquiring through your unique website link. For instance, you can use this when an enquiry is made in person or over the phone.

  • More > Enquiries > + Add Enquiry > input all relevant information.

Once you have input your desired sessions, you will see the weekly session value will calculate.

How is the weekly session value calculated?

  • The weekly session value is based on the child's age in relation to the child's desired start date (not the child's current age).

Once you have added an enquiry, you will be redirected to the Enquiries list, where you can start logging communications.
