The Enquiries feature helps nurseries manage new parent enquiries directly from the Blossom platform. This ensures no enquiries are missed, unanswered, or lost.

What You Can Do with Enquiries

With this feature, you can:

  • Manage all incoming enquiries in one place.

  • Keep a clear record of actions taken, outcomes, and potential revenue.

You can log new enquiries two ways:

  1. Directly on the nursery platform.

  2. Through your nursery website by adding the enquiries link online.


Enquiries Link for Your Website

If you would like parents to fill out an enquiry form that adds the information straight to your enquiries list, please share the link below with interested parents or place it on your website.

To find your unique enquiries form link:

  • Settings > Enquiries > Enquiries Form > Copy Link
    ​

This can be shared directly with parents or embedded onto your website. You can preview the form before it is added by selecting the Preview Form button.


What Should I Do Next?

Once your enquiries link is live, online enquiries will be sent directly to the Enquiries area of your Blossom platform.

To access them, go to:

  • More > Enquiries
