Children Starting and Leaving Reports
The children starting report will share an overview of all the children due to start within the date range you’ve selected.
Filtering the children starting and leaving reports
You’ll have the option to filter these down by age and date. You’ll then see the following headers.
Total Starters/Leavers: This figure is based on the child's start/leave date within their profile as opposed to their booking pattern start/leave date.
Total FTE (Full-time Equivalent): This is based upon the total opening hours of the individual settings versus the total hours of session time used.
Total Weekly Fee: This is based on an actual calculation that relates to the first week/last week of their latest booking pattern.
Underneath this, you will have each nursery setting listed with the individual totals for each nursery. You can click on the name of the nursery and this will take you to the children starting report at the individual nursery level.
Children Signed Up Report
You’ll have the option to filter these down by age and date. You’ll then see the following headers.
Total Signups: This figure is based on the child's registration date within their profile as opposed to their booking pattern start date.
Total FTE (Full-time Equivalent): This is based upon the total opening hours of the individual settings versus the total hours of session time used.
Total Weekly Fee: This is based on an actual calculation that relates to the first first week of their first booking pattern.
Underneath this, you will have each nursery setting listed with the individual totals for each nursery. You can click on the name of the nursery and this will take you to the children signed up report at the individual nursery level.
