Email to Parents for Card Payments only
Many nurseries may only wish to take payment via Card Payment. Please see below an example email to help Parents input their card details.

Good morning/afternoon/evening parents,
We have good news! The payment feature on the Blossom App is ready to use which will make paying your fees so much easier for you!
It is going to be mandatory to pay via the app. Please could we ask that you setup your payment details into the Parent App by XX/XX/XX by following the steps below.
Parent App > Click the three bar menu > Select Settings > Select Wallet > Select 'Add Payment method' > Select Debit or Credit Card > Input card details > Save.
Remember, once your card details have been input you can also use Google Pay or Apple Pay dependent on your device!
For future invoices please ensure that you make payment via the app by the invoice due date.
If you pay using the Tax Free Childcare through the government account, you will still be able to pay this way each month as long as the whole amount is being paid.
